1. Mini Jars are GO !

   Mini Jars are back on the production line.  I've been stocking up on a variety of flavours and they are back on the stall.  Great for those times you don't want a full jar. Perfect for wedding favours or corporate gifts and can be personalised with your message  or logo.  These are Beetroot, Apple & Onion Chutney made with Evesham-grown beets with British Bramleys & Onions.

2. Spring has sprung

   Spring has definitely sprung with the ingredients in the garden coming along very nicely.  13 rhubarb crowns have emerged and I'm hoping to get some fruit this year from the gooseberries grown from cuttings from my old allotment.
