Jams & Jellies

UPDATED ON 01/07/2020

My homemade jams and jellies come in my standard small jars (200g approx) and the 42g mini jars (stock list here). Larger sizes can be made to order subject to availability of the ingredients. All jams are diary free and jellies do not use gelatin.  Lemon juice or redcurrant juice is used as a setting agent in some products where the fruit is low in pectin.

Sugar content.  I have been reducing the added sugar content of my jams over the last 2 years and use very little water.  All jams now have less sugar than fruit so a minimum of 53g of fruit per 100g with the sweeter fruit jams containing up to 59g of fruit per 100g.
